Study of temperature and light influence on Gacilaria verrucosa tetraspores growth showed that optimal light intensity is situated between 85 and 110 Kappa E/m super(2)/s at 2 degree C and between 80 and 100 Kappa E/m super(2)/s at 25 degree C.
