The transport of three substrates : glucose, glycine and glucosamine is studied in the teleost fish Anguilla anguilla. The results obtained with the perfused method in-vivo showed that the increase of temperature (15 and 30 degree C) stimulated the transport of these three substrates with a Q10 over 1.7. These results suggest the existence of active components in the transfer of these three substrates. On other hand the results showed that the transports of glucose and glucosamine are sodium dependent and inhibited by ouabain 10 super(-4)M, 45% and 30% respectively. The transport of glucose and glycine required the same quantity of activation energy (10.6 Kcal/mol) but the glucosamine demanded a more significant quantity (11.6 Kcal/mol).
