Abstract

This work aims at ameliorating the semi-dry food (formulation of MEDRAP 1985) which gives variable results in the breeding of sea-bass Dicentrarchus labrax and sea-bream Sparus aurata. It consists of conceiving a reproductible process of making settle pellets, base on pounding and sifting a raw material, readjusting and addition of certains essential nutriments. This work permitted the elaboration of food, the granulometry of which varies between 0.5 and 6.0mm.
