Cinétiques de quelques paramètres secondaires du stress chez le loup d'élevage Dicentrarchus labrax

Abstract

The lapse of time between stimuli from blood sampling, to when stress reponse was optimal, depend on species, age, environmental conditions and stressor. For sea bass, Dicentrarchus labrax, in O+ at temperature of 18 degree C after mecanic stressor during 5 minutes secondary stress response, valued by some hematological and plasmatical parameters, was imported between 15 at 60 minutes after the stressor. But the optimum for most blood parameters studied was observed at 30 minutes after the end of stimulus. 24 hours after this low stimulus recovery isn't complete.
