Digestive time was evaluated in reared Solea senegalensis larvae. The experiment was to follow ingested preys (Artemia) on the digestive tract of larvae aged 10 ,15 and 21 days. The preys were separated in digested preys and non digested preys. The results showed that the Artemia digestive time decreases during the growing larval stages : 90-240 minutes for 10 days old, 45-120 minutes for 15 days old and 30-45 minutes for 21 days old. The decrease corresponds to the reduction by half of the ingested prey number and an important decrease of the non digested preys.
