Abstract

Six years statistics analysis (1976-1981) revealed that the production of bogue (Boops boops) and gold line (Sarpa salpa) has almost regularly increased in tunisian fisheries during this period. Moreover, the period of maximum catches of the two species coincides, generaly, with their reproduction period.
