By gastric contents analysis, the feeding pattern study of common pandora (Pagellus erythrinus) living in the gulf of Gabes (Tunisia)shows that: - the vacuity coefficient variations are apparently linked to the physiological conditions (reproduction and growth): - this sparidae feeds principally on crustaceans (preferential prey), annelids and molluscs, secondarily on fish and echinoderms: - this diet changes slightly with seasons and growth.
