Abstract

All yr round, Squalus blanvillei feeds on crustaceans, teleosts and molluscs. The adults of both sexes eat more teleosts and less crustaceans than the young ones. There are no important seasonal variations of nutrition in this sp. A relation between nutrition and reproductive cycle appears in female and male.
