In This study we describe the techniques of conservation and production of rotifers in Ghar El Melh station. The present unity of rotifers production satisfy's perfectly the nutritional requirements of seabream and seabass larvaes. This result follows from: -the intensive culture of rotifers in optimal conditions of temperature, salinity and feeding. -to count every day rotifers and take -off just the surplus. -to introduce frequently rotifers coming from extensive culture in the tank. -to move the artificial spawning time of fish for a better use of rotifers production.
