The purpose of this study is to determine the assemblages of the polychaetes settlement at the Gulf of Tunis littoral (Tunisia) by the analysis of specific richness and abundance. The structure and functioning of these communities were analyzed from the Rades station. The faunistic study revealed the presence of 32 species belonging to 16 families, 7 are newly reported for the Tunisian coast. The total number of Polychaetes recorded in Tunisia is currently 398 to 404 species.
